About MOVE

We started MOVE because finding a tow truck, a mover or a cleaner should not mean calling ten numbers and hoping.

Our mission

Make everyday help — roadside, moving, cleaning and heavy equipment — as easy to book as a ride. One app, transparent prices, live tracking and providers you can rate.

How the marketplace works

Customers book from the MOVE app. Nearby partners receive the request in the MOVE Partner app and accept the ones that fit their schedule and service radius. You track the job from accepted to completed and pay in the app or in cash.

Standards we hold partners to

  • Verified identity, licences and insurance before going live.
  • Clear pricing with no surprise add-ons.
  • Ratings visible on every profile, with low performers removed.
  • Safe, well-maintained vehicles and equipment.

Where we operate

MOVE is expanding city by city. If a service is not yet available at your location, the app will tell you and let you join the waitlist for that area.
